Flat wire sprocket engagement
Pitch and tooth contact can be checked before production or replacement release.
engineering support / sprocket matching
A correct belt can still fail early when the sprocket pitch, tooth profile, bore, keyway, or installed drive route is wrong. JBL Mesh Belt reviews the belt and sprocket as one working system.

Pitch, tooth profile, bore, keyway, chain edge, and worn teeth can be reviewed from suitable photos. Powered engagement requires a separately identified video or test record.

Pitch and tooth contact can be checked before production or replacement release.

The photo records visible belt and sprocket position; movement, load, speed, and engagement require separate evidence.

A component photo can document the supplied set; dimensional matching follows the confirmed project reference.
Evidence scope: Photos and records establish only the visible product, measurement, inspection, test, or packing step shown. They do not by themselves confirm installed performance or interchangeability. Final release follows the confirmed drawing, operating data, drive interface, and agreed validation scope.
drive-side review logic
Belt pitch and sprocket tooth profile should be checked together. A pitch mismatch can create jumping, impact wear, noise, or early belt damage.
Sprocket bore, keyway, set screw, and shaft-side details are part of the same review when replacement sprockets are supplied.
A new belt can fail early when it runs on worn or mismatched sprockets. Old sprocket photos should be reviewed before production release.
When the project is sensitive, belt-and-sprocket running videos can show engagement, contact path, and repeatability before shipment.
photo evidence package
For replacement projects, one belt photo is not enough. Sprocket teeth, bore, keyway, chain edge, running path, and installed wear marks help decide whether to reuse, replace, or machine matched drive parts.

Evidence to Send
Useful for checking tooth count, bore, keyway, material, and whether replacement sprockets should be supplied with the belt.

Evidence to Send
Use this still image to review visible drum-contact and guide-clearance context. It does not confirm belt movement or installed running performance.

Evidence to Send
Useful when the belt is driven from the side and the engagement point may affect tracking or edge wear.
running evidence
Use these positions for flat wire, eye link, spiral freezer, chain-driven, and other sprocket-driven belt projects.
Drive Evidence
Running video for flat wire belt pitch contact and sprocket engagement.
Drive Evidence
Running video for edge behavior, tracking, and product-support surface movement.
Drive Evidence
Running evidence for eye link belt drive contact and sprocket interface.
Drive Evidence
Additional eye link running view for engagement review with the background minimized.
Drive Evidence
Caliper and tape measurements of pitch, edge, and width. This clip does not show a powered drum or sprocket running test.

Drive Evidence
Final belt, sprocket, spare rods, packing, and shipping evidence.
matched components
A sprocket is part of the drive interface. Each belt family has a different contact route, pitch route, edge route, and failure mode.

Component Review
Check pitch contact, tooth profile, drive path, and worn sprocket risk.

Component Review
This still image records visible belt and sprocket position for pitch and contact review. Movement, load, speed, and engagement under power require separate video or test evidence.

Component Review
Used when stainless drive components, bore, keyway, and exact tooth route need confirmation.

Component Review
Polymer sprockets can be reviewed by material, tooth profile, temperature, and contact load.

Component Review
Detail records support bore, keyway, set screw, and tooth surface review.

Component Review
Eye link belt sprocket engagement is checked with chain pitch and edge route.

Component Review
Chain pitch, roller position, sprocket tooth route, and side clearance should be reviewed together.

Component Review
Side-drive belts need tooth engagement, edge route, and return-side clearance checked before release.
risk checkpoints
Photos and videos are useful only when they lead to a decision: reuse the old sprocket, replace it, machine a matched sprocket, or adjust the belt route.
Pitch Jump
Incorrect pitch or worn teeth can create jumping and impact wear.
Tracking Drift
Drive-side mismatch can pull the belt to one side even when the belt itself is correct.
Early Belt Wear
A new belt running on worn sprockets may fail earlier than expected.
Replacement Delay
Incomplete sprocket information can delay quotation, trial production, and shipment release.

sprocket review faq
FAQ 01
Yes. Sprocket photos help confirm pitch contact, tooth wear, bore route, and drive-side risk before production.
FAQ 02
Yes. Matched sprockets, spare rods, bars, and accessories can be reviewed and packed with the belt when required.
FAQ 03
Tooth count, pitch, bore, keyway, material, set screw, shaft position, and wear marks are the most useful inputs.
FAQ 04
Yes. Running videos can document engagement, contact path, and movement before final release.
